Overview

Join to apply for the Class 1 / LGV C+E Driver role at TieTalent.

We are recruiting for Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Glasgow Depot (G32 8EY) within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business. This is a full-time, permanent placement with flexible schedules and no overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres.
• Put safety first and respect all road users.
• Complete driver and vehicle checks accurately and on time.
• Plan routes with checks for safety restrictions, road works and traffic to ensure efficient journeys.
• Represent the company professionally with customers and maintain strong service levels.

Qualifications & Skills

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E).
• Current CPC and digital driving card.
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (no CDs, DDs, DRs or INs).
• Minimum of 12 months' experience required.
• Comfortable with the physical nature of the role; trolleys may be loaded/unloaded by the driver.
• Strong team player with initiative and reliability.

Shift Patterns & Pay

• Contract: Full Time / Permanent
• Location: Glasgow Depot (G32 8EY)
• Shift Patterns: Various available – 5 day, 4 day, 2 day patterns; weekend work required

Day Shifts

• Monday - Friday: £15.88 per hour
• Saturday: £17.87 per hour
• Sunday: £23.82 per hour

Nights Shifts

• Monday - Friday: £18.14 per hour
• Saturday: £20.42 per hour
• Sunday: £27.21 per hour

Overtime

• Days: £17.87 per hour
• Nights: £20.42 per hour
