Job summary

Mller UK & Ireland is recruiting for Distribution Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at the Droitwich Depot. Join a modern fleet with no overnight stays and full-time permanent contracts. The role covers delivering to supermarkets across the network from the Droitwich depot.

Shifts are 5 days over 7, with AM and PM options. Weekly pay, potential OTE around £46k, and a competitive benefits package including pension and life cover.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 licence (LGV Cat C+E) and CPC are required.
• Digital driving card and a licence with no more than six points.
• Able to work in a fast-paced distribution environment with safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries to supermarkets within the network.
• Complete accurate documentation and comply with safety rules.
• Perform vehicle checks and plan routes considering safety and road works.
• Maintain professional conduct as the interface with customers.
• Support smooth operations with proactive problem solving.

We are recruiting for Distribution Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Droitwich Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

As a Distribution Driver, your primary responsibility is to safely and efficiently product from our distribution depots to supermarkets within the network.

Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and compliance with all safety and transportation regulation.
• Puts safety first and respects all other road users.
• Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
• Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
• Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.

Class 1 DriverKey Skills & Experience

• HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
• Current CPC and digital driving card
• No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
• Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
• An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
• Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
• Self motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
