Job summary

Biffa Waste Services is seeking an LGV 2 Bin Delivery Driver in the UK. You will deliver up to 100 bins daily across South/Vale districts using an LGV Class 2 vehicle, maintaining safety and high customer service.

Hours are 05:30–15:00, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week. Salary £43,912 with on-the-job training and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.
• Hold a valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Have previous commercial HGV driving experience.
• Multi-drop experience is desirable.
• Be able to carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Confident following planned routes and collecting items safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to 100 bins per day to commercial and residential customers.
• Safely operate an LGV Class 2 vehicle and complete vehicle checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to health and safety standards.

LGV 2 Bin Delivery Driver

Days of work: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week) Start and finish times: 05.30 to 15.00

Pay: £19.87p/h Salary £43,912

Delivering up to 100 bins per day within South/Vale districts Safely operating an LGV Class 2 vehicle to deliver bins to commercial and residential customers, ensuring timely deliveries, completing vehicle checks and maintaining excellent customer service and health and safety standards.
