Job summary

Biffa Group is seeking an LGV 2 Bin Delivery Driver to join our UK operations. You will work Monday to Friday, with a start time of 05:30 and finish around 15:00, delivering up to 100 bins daily across the South and Vale districts.

You will safely operate an LGV Class 2 vehicle, complete daily vehicle checks, and maintain excellent customer service and health and safety standards while meeting planned routes and delivery times.

Qualifications

• Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence required.
• Valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous commercial HGV driving experience.
• Multi drop experience desirable.
• Ability to carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Ability to follow planned routes and complete collections safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operating an LGV Class 2 vehicle to deliver bins to commercial and residential customers, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining health and safety standards.
• Delivering up to 100 bins per day within South/Vale districts.
• Provide excellent customer service and complete daily vehicle checks.

Days of work: Monday to Friday (42.5 hours per week)
Start and finish times: 05.30 to 15.00

Pay : £19.87p/h Salary £43,912

Delivering up to 100 bins per day within South/Vale districts

Safely operating an LGV Class 2 vehicle to deliver bins to commercial and residential customers, ensuring timely deliveries, completing vehicle checks and maintaining excellent customer service and health and safety standards.
