Job summary

Teaching Personnel are working with a welcoming primary school in Axminster, Devon to recruit a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for October on a full-time, long-term supply basis.

You will support pupils with their learning, provide 1:1 and small-group assistance, and work closely with the class teacher to create an inclusive classroom environment.

The role offers competitive daily rates, weekly PAYE, and ongoing support from your dedicated consultant, plus access to free CPD and safeguarding training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a primary school.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning.
• Patient, caring and approachable.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support.
• Support pupils across the classroom with their learning.
