Teaching Personnel are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant for a welcoming primary school in Tiverton, Devon. You will work full-time on a long-term supply basis, supporting pupils 1:1 and in groups, and collaborating closely with the class teacher to foster a positive learning environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent and prior experience in a primary school. The role offers competitive daily rates and weekly PAYE payment, with safeguarding training

Qualifications

• Level 3 TA qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a primary school setting.
• Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
• Patient, caring and approachable; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils across the classroom with their learning.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required.
• Work closely with the class teacher and school team to raise attainment.
