Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools (STLS) or equivalent.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade A*-C (or Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy).
• Strong communication, behaviour management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver targeted interventions for individuals and small groups.
• Provide cover supervision and lead learning activities as directed by class teachers.
• Assist with SEND and Inclusion; support IEPs and personalise learning materials.
• Monitor and report pupil progress, maintain accurate records.
