Job summary

Ninestiles, an Academy, is seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant Level 3 to join our Inclusion team. You will work under guidance to raise achievement and progress for learners with SEND, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team and teaching colleagues.

You will support Year 11 GCSE preparation and help make complex texts accessible for Year 7 learners, while building positive partnerships with parents and staff to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Ability to interact well with learners and teachers in a fast-paced environment.
• Pastoral support and engagement with parents are important requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support learners to achieve GCSEs and make texts accessible.
• Assist teaching staff in delivering lessons and classroom routines.
• Provide pastoral support and be the first point of contact for parents as needed.
