This September, a welcoming primary school in Stockport is seeking a skilled Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Year 3 classroom team. This role will suit someone who is passionate about supporting children as they progress through Key Stage 2, helping pupils build confidence, develop independence, and achieve their academic goals.

Working closely with the Year 3 class teacher, you will provide consistent support across the classroom, helping pupils engage with their learning and providing additional guidance where needed. The Role Will Include:

• Promoting safeguarding, inclusion, and the wellbeing of all pupils.

The Successful Applicant Will Bring:

• A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
• Experience working within Key Stage 2 is desirable.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND or additional learning needs is advantageous.
• A calm, patient, and encouraging approach to supporting children\'s development.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• The confidence to take initiative and provide effective classroom support.
