Job summary

Smile Education is recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bradley Green, SK14 4NA, from September 2026. The role is full-time for one term, supporting a Year 6 class and preparing pupils for SATs, with a strong focus on inclusion and high expectations.

You will cover lessons when needed, support pupils with additional needs including ADHD, and work closely with the class teacher to create an engaging learning environment.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working in UK primary schools.
• Confidence leading a class when required.
• Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD.
• Knowledge of Year 6 and SATs preparation.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, proactive and reliable approach.

Responsibilities

Pay: £95-£110 per day (dependent on experience)

Smile Education is recruiting a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Bradley Green, with easy access from Hyde, Denton, Dukinfield, Ashton-under-Lyne, Stalybridge, Gee Cross, Mottram, Broadbottom and Glossop.

This is a full-time, one-term opportunity supporting a Year 6 class from September 2026. The school is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant who can make an immediate impact while they complete a permanent recruitment process.
