Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Primary & Early Years - Supply Work - Sheffield - Start ASAP

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work on a supply basis in Primary and Early Years settings across Sheffield.

Location: Sheffield (various Primary and EYFS settings)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Flexible supply work - day-to-day and longer-term roles available
Pay: Competitive daily rates (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
As a valued member of the Tradewind team, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering high-quality education in Early Years and Primary classrooms

• Work 1:1 or with small groups of children to boost learning and development

• Assist with classroom preparation, pupil engagement and behaviour management

• Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all children

What We're Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience working in Early Years and/or Primary school settings

• A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for supporting children's learning

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

• Flexibility and reliability to travel to different schools in the Sheffield area
