Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary PRU – Permanent Role – Salford

Location: Salford, Greater Manchester

Salary: £100–£120 per day (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Start Date: September 2025 (or ASAP)

About the School

Hays Education is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Primary Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in Salford. The school supports children aged 5–11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, providing an alternative to mainstream education through a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach.

Your Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will collaborate with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored interventions, helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally in a supportive environment. This full-time, permanent position starts in September 2025 and is ideal for candidates passionate about inclusive education and behaviour support.
