Primary KS1 Teaching Assistant – S36, Sheffield | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Are you a caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a supportive primary school? Schools in the S36 area of Sheffield are seeking Teaching Assistants to provide classroom support across KS1.

Location: S36, Sheffield

Role: Teaching Assistant – Primary KS1

Start Date: Immediate

Contract: Full-time | Long-term | Potential for temp-to-perm

What You’ll Do:

• Support the class teacher with daily activities and lessons
• Assist individual pupils and small groups to access learning
• Help to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
• Provide additional support to pupils with SEN if required
• Contribute to the wider life of the school

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience)
• Recent experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• A patient, positive and flexible attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
