Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently partnering with a welcoming primary school in Northampton to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. Immediate start available; Monday to Friday, full-time; up to £105 per day depending on experience.

You will join a supportive team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Education or Childcare, with prior experience in a primary setting and a passion for delivering

About You - Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Northampton

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, or a relevant equivalent

• Work confidently alongside the class teacher and wider support team
• Deliver targeted interventions with individuals or small groups
• Adapt activities and learning resources to meet individual pupil needs
• Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
