Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment are currently partnering with a welcoming primary school in Northampton to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant on a long-term basis. Immediate start available; Monday to Friday, full-time; up to £105 per day depending on experience.

You will join a supportive team dedicated to helping children reach their full potential. The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Education or Childcare, with prior experience in a primary setting and a passion for delivering

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Education or Childcare is required.
• Experience supporting children in a primary school setting.
• Ability to deliver targeted interventions and adapt activities.
• Strong behavior management and positive relationships.
• Commitment to supporting pupil development.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support across year groups and subjects.
• Deliver targeted interventions to individuals or small groups.
• Work with the class teacher and support staff to plan activities.
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils with additional learning needs as required.
