Job summary

Academics is seeking a confident Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support pupils across KS1 and KS2 in Sheerness and surrounding areas. The role is full-time, 8:30am - 3:30pm, with immediate start.

You should hold a Level 3 TA qualification, have school experience, possibly SEN experience, DBS, and a valid driving licence (preferred); you must be reliable, adaptable and calm. The post offers consistent school-day hours and the opportunity to work across local schools, with pay determined by

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.

• Confident managing challenging behaviour.
• Calm, patient and consistent approach.
• Able to work across KS1 & KS2.
• DBS held or willingness to apply for new one.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).

LEVEL 3 TEACHING ASSISTANT

Sheerness & surrounding areas Full-time 8:30am - 3:30pm

We're looking for a confident, reliable and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a school setting in the Sheerness area.

This role will involve supporting pupils across both KS1 and KS2, so flexibility and the ability to adapt to different year groups is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Have experience working within a school environment
• Ideally have experience supporting children with SEN
• Be confident managing challenging behaviour
• Have a calm, patient and consistent approach
• Be able to work effectively across KS1 & KS2
• Hold a valid DBS, or be happy to apply for a new one
• Be reliable, committed and enthusiastic
• Have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
