Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within the education and training sector?

We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, caring and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive educational setting in Hemel Hempstead from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced TA who is passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing, and who wants to become part of a welcoming and experienced team.

The level 3 Teaching Assistant role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching team to provide high-quality support to children throughout their school day.

You will help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment, supporting children both academically, socially and emotionally.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children with classroom activities and learning
  • Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and stimulating activities

We're Looking For

The successful Teaching Assistant will be:

  • Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Supporting Teaching & Learning, Education or a related qualification
  • Or hold a minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant/Supporting Teaching & Learning qualification
  • Experienced working within an educational setting
  • Caring, patient and enthusiastic
  • Confident working with children in the education and training sector
  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
  • Reliable, committed and professional
  • A strong team player
  • Able to build positive relationships with children and colleagues
  • Able to commute to Hemel Hempstead
