Supply Desk is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary school in Hemel Hempstead. You will support teachers and students, helping create a safe, inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

The role suits an experienced TA or someone looking to progress in education, with a focus on safeguarding, development of student potential, and strong teamwork with staff and parents.

Qualifications

• Experience in a school or education setting is desirable.
• A relevant Teaching Assistant or education-based qualification.
• Good understanding of safeguarding and supporting students in an educational environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

About the Role

Supply Desk are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive secondary school team in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone looking to develop their career within education. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting young people and helping them achieve their academic, social, and personal potential in a safe and inclusive learning environment.

You will play an important role in supporting teachers and students across the secondary school, helping to create a positive classroom environment and ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
