Job summary

Academics is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support children in Hemel Hempstead from September. The role involves working with the teaching team to deliver high-quality classroom support, fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment and contributing to children's development and wellbeing.

You will help deliver engaging activities, provide one-to-one and small-group support, and build strong relationships with staff and pupils while supporting their learning and personal growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant in Supporting Teaching & Learning or Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working within an educational setting.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic.
• Able to commute to Hemel Hempstead.

• Supporting children with classroom activities and learning.
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and stimulating activities.
• Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
