Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd. are currently looking for a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at a large, well regarded primary school in Bourn, Cambridgeshire.

The role is full-time and pays £93 to £100 per day (PAYE). The appointment will commence in September/October 2026, with responsibilities including supporting the class teacher, planning activities, providing individual and small-group support, and promoting an inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children in a school or education setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Vision for Education are currently looking for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to work at a large, well regarded Primary school in Bourn, Cambridgeshire.

About the role

Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Full time)

Bourn, Cambridgeshire

£93 to £100 per day (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

This role will begin in September/October 2026.

The School and Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality learning support, helping pupils reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities.
  • Assist in the planning and preparation of lessons, resources, and displays.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
