Job summary

Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learning across a primary setting in Greater Manchester. The role involves working with teaching staff to help every child succeed, thrive and feel valued within a values‑led environment.

You will support individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND and EAL, adapt learning to meet needs, and help implement personalised learning and behaviour plans.

Qualifications

• Has a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Strong understanding of child development and how children learn.
• Can support pupils with SEND and EAL effectively.

• Builds strong, professional relationships with pupils, staff and families.

• Prepare resources and displays, supporting personalised learning and behaviour plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm, well-organised classroom environment.
