Oasis Academy Limeside is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with teaching staff in our early years environment. You will support pupils with SEND and EAL, adapt learning to meet individual needs, and help maintain high behaviour and inclusion standards within a values-led setting.

You will contribute to personalised learning plans, monitor progress, and provide feedback to teachers while preparing resources and supporting daily activities across the school day.

Formación

• Experience in an Early years environment.
• Level 3 TA qualification required.

Through your day‑to‑day work, you will support individuals and small groups; including pupils with SEND and EAL; adapting learning to meet their needs and ensuring every child can fully access the curriculum. You will help deliver engaging activities, promote inclusion, independence and confidence, and support the implementation of personalised learning and behaviour plans. Alongside this, you will monitor progress, provide meaningful feedback to teachers, and contribute to a calm, purposeful and well-organised classroom where positive behaviour is the norm.
