Oasis Academy Limeside in Oldham is seeking an Experienced EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and ambitious school community. You will support every child to thrive, adapt learning for individual needs, and promote inclusion within our values-led environment.

You will work closely with staff to deliver engaging activities, monitor progress, and provide feedback that helps pupils reach their full potential, contributing to a calm and purposeful classroom day.

Formación

• Sufficient experience in an Early years environment.
• Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Experience working with primary aged children, including SEND/EAL.

How You’ll Make a Difference

Working closely with teaching staff,you will play a key role in helping every child succeed, thrive and feel valuedwithin a supportive, values-led environment. You will build strong, positiverelationships with pupils, acting as a role model and championing the Oasisvalues of respect, compassion and perseverance. Through your day-to-day work,you will support individuals and small groups; including pupils with SEND andEAL; adapting learning to meet their needs and ensuring every child can fullyaccess the curriculum. You will help deliver engaging activities, promoteinclusion, independence and confidence, and support the implementation ofpersonalised learning and behaviour plans. Alongside this, you will monitorprogress, provide meaningful feedback to teachers, and contribute to a calm,purposeful and well-organised classroom where positive behaviour is the norm.From preparing resources and displays to supporting pupils across the schoolday and collaborating with colleagues, you’ll be an integral part of a teamcommitted to giving every child the best possible start.
