Job summary

Oasis Academy Limeside is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work closely with teaching staff in our early years environment. You will support pupils with SEND and EAL, adapt learning to meet individual needs, and help maintain high behaviour and inclusion standards within a values-led setting.

You will contribute to personalised learning plans, monitor progress, and provide feedback to teachers while preparing resources and supporting daily activities across the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Early years environment.
• Level 3 TA qualification required.
• Experience with primary aged children.
• Understanding of child development.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND and EAL.
• High expectations for behaviour, learning and inclusion.
• Safeguarding knowledge.
• Promotes Oasis ethos and values.

Responsibilities

• Support pupils with learning and inclusion in small groups or 1:1.
• Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Prepare learning resources and displays.
