Oasis Academy Limeside in Oldham, part of Oasis Community Learning, is seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work with teaching staff to support every child and help pupils access the curriculum. The role focuses on inclusion, high expectations and a supportive environment within a values-led team.

You will work with individuals and small groups, including SEND and EAL pupils, delivering engaging activities and monitoring progress while contributing to a positive behavior culture.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification required.
• Experience working with primary aged children.
• Ability to support pupils with SEND and EAL.

Responsabilités

• Support individuals and small groups to help pupils succeed.
• Adapt learning activities to meet SEND/EAL needs.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Contribute to a calm, well-organised classroom and positive behaviour.
