Level 3 Teaching Assistants Wanted – Tameside Start Date: September 2025 Location: Tameside Borough Agency: Axcis Education Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next exciting opportunity? Axcis Education is currently working with a number of fantastic schools across Tameside Borough who are seeking experienced and dedicated Level 3 TAs to join their teams from September 2025. The role will involve: · Supporting groups of pupils under the guidance of the class teacher, including delivering planned programmes of work and implementing ILPs · Assisting in creating a safe and engaging classroom and outdoor learning environment · Preparing resources, displaying work, and helping with general classroom organisation · Supervising small groups – and occasionally whole classes – during lessons and activities both inside and outside the classroom The successful candidate will: · Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) · Demonstrate strong moral and ethical values · Show resilience and flexibility in challenging situations · Be a proactive and collaborative team player · Bring positivity, reliability, and a good sense of humour to their role · Always act with professionalism and integrity
