Pay Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently recruiting a committed and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bury on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development within this nurturing and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons, support individual pupils and small groups, and help prepare classroom materials and activities. You will play a key role in promoting positive behaviour, maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment, and contributing to the assessment and progress tracking of pupils. Collaboration with other staff, parents, and the SENCO may also be required.
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) and have relevant experience in a UK primary school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a flexible and dedicated attitude, are essential. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required or must be obtained prior to placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
