The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team in September 2025. This is a full-time role, supporting teaching and learning across the school and working closely with class teachers to ensure that all pupils reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of high-quality learning in line with the national curriculum.
Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom activities.
Provide individual and small-group support to pupils, including those with SEND.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
Monitor and report on pupils' progress under the direction of the class teacher.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Person Specification:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) - essential.
Previous experience working in a school or educational setting.
Strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
Flexible, proactive, and committed to supporting all learners.
