Qualifications

• Niveau 3 TA qualification requis (ou équivalent).
• Expérience dans une école primaire ou un cadre similaire.
• Bonne compréhension du programme scolaire primaire.

Responsibilities

• Assister à la préparation des leçons et à l'organisation de la classe.

Teaching Personnel is working with a welcoming primary school in the OL11 area, seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone committed to supporting children's learning and development in a positive and rewarding environment.

Role Overview:
You’ll work alongside class teachers to support pupils' learning and wellbeing, helping create an inclusive and engaging classroom. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering small group and 1:1 interventions

• Assisting with lesson prep and classroom organisation

• Supporting pupils with diverse needs, including SEN

• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

• Contributing to assessment and progress tracking

• Encouraging engagement and a love for learning

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience in a primary school or similar setting

• Good understanding of the primary curriculum

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexible, positive, and committed to pupil progress
