Axcis is supporting a mainstream primary school in Leeds and is looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to help the children at their provision. The school has a capacity of 240 pupils aged 3 to 11 years. The role is to start in September, or sooner if possible, and will be full-time from Monday to Friday until the end of the academic year. The provision offers free on-site parking and is also accessible via public transport. The pay will be between £95 and £100 per day. The successful Level 3 Teaching Assistant must have: An Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Experience supporting students with Autism and SEMH needs Full-time availability from Monday to Friday Experience using a range of de-escalation techniques to support students in crisis - up to date Team Teach would be highly advantageous Level 3 Teaching Assistants interested in this position are urged to contact us immediately.
