Job summary

Aspire People is recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to support primary schools in Manchester from November 2026 onward. The role involves small-group interventions, helping pupils overcome barriers and assisting teachers with classroom interventions.

Essential qualifications include a recognised Level 3 TA or equivalent and recent UK school experience. Strong safeguarding, communication and organisational skills are required.

Qualifications

• This role requires a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• UK school experience within the last two years is preferred.
• Strong safeguarding expectations and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver or support small-group learning activities.
• Support phonics, reading, writing and Maths.
• Provide extra help to pupils needing reinforcement.
• Support differentiated classroom activities.
• Monitor pupil engagement and feedback to teachers.
• Help pupils build confidence and independence.
