Job summary

The Kemnal Academies Trust is seeking a qualified Level 3 Pre School Assistant to join a supportive, collaborative team. You will foster curiosity, support discovery, and engage children in learning through the Early Years Foundation Stage and creative play. Strong communication and assessment skills are essential.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and proactive qualified level 3 Pre School Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team. You will encourage our children to be unique, foster their curiosity and support them on a journey of discovery enabling them to be inquisitive and confident learners. As a Pre School Assistant you'll immerse yourself with our stimulating Early Years Foundation Stage and engage in learning through creative play. The ability to sing in tune is not necessary; however, the ability to sing out of tune in front of children is essential. You will be extremely well supported, working alongside a committed team of practitioners and teachers. It's not necessarily the length of your experience as a Pre School Assistant that we're most interested in, it's your passion and commitment to our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.

Estimated Actual Scale 2, Point 3, £18,484 Hours: 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.15-15.25 with a 45 minute unpaid break term time only.
