Willingcare is seeking a Nursery Practitioner – Level 3 for an Ofsted-rated Good setting in the United Kingdom. You will deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, emphasising play, learning, and outdoor exploration.

The role requires a Level 3 EY qualification, at least three years in an Early Years setting, safeguarding knowledge, and a warm, energetic approach to working with children and families.

Qualificações

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience within an Early Years setting – essential
• Strong working knowledge of the EYFS
• Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate practice
• Strong safeguarding knowledge
• A positive, energetic and enthusiastic approach
• Confidence planning engaging learning experiences around children's interests
• Involvement in both indoor and outdoor play
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Warm, reliable and nurturing approach to children

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
• Create engaging experiences that encourage children to play, explore and learn
• Make full use of the nursery's large outdoor environment
• Support children's confidence, independence and individual development
• Plan activities around children's interests and developmental next steps
• Complete observations and maintain accurate learning records
• Build strong relationships with children and their families
• Maintain high standards across safeguarding, health and safety
• Bring enthusiasm and creativity to everyday nursery life
• Work closely with the wider team to maintain the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
