Job summary

Willingcare in Banstead is looking for a Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our caring team. You will deliver high-quality care and education for children aged infancy to preschool, plan play-based activities, and support each child’s development in a bright, child-centered setting.

This role requires a Level 3 EYFS qualification or equivalent, experience in early years, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Solid understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
• Warm, caring, enthusiastic approach and good teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS.
• Plan and provide engaging play-based activities that support each child’s development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children’s progress to support learning journeys.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment and follow nursery policies.
