Job summary

Willingcare is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a nurturing early years team in Northolt, UK. The role focuses on delivering high-quality care and education in line with EYFS, planning engaging activities, and creating a warm, safe environment for children to thrive.

You will work a 40-hour week across 4 or 5 days, with on-site parking and ongoing training, contributing to a supportive nursery that values its staff and children's development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Previous experience in an early years setting.
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and provide engaging, play-based activities that support development.
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel safe, secure, and confident.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress to support individual learning journeys.
• Encourage children's independence, confidence, and social development through meaningful play.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
