Job summary

Linley and Simpson in Ilkley is offering an Apprenticeship as an Lettings Consultant. You will support branch staff with targeted lists and property appraisals, register tenants and landlords on VECO, and liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure the letting process from instruction to move-in is smooth.

The programme provides a Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification, plus Propertymark exams enabling ARLA registration, helping you build a career in property lettings.

Qualifications

• The role includes completing Level 3 Housing and Property Management qualification.
• Propertymark exams enabling ARLA registration.

Responsibilities

• Support branch staff in achieving targeted lists and property appraisals.
• Register tenants and landlords onto the VECO system with 2 contact numbers and email addresses where possible.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants to ensure the smooth letting process from new instruction to move-in.
• Perform other duties to ensure the smooth running of the branch and company.
