Job summary

REESON Education seeks a qualified Level 3 EYP to join nursery/EYFS settings in Southampton. You will work as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner supporting learning, development and daily care within a team. Prior EYFS experience is preferred and safeguarding awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years is essential.
• A Level 3 EYP with direct nursery or EYFS experience is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the EYFS framework, safeguarding and child development.

• Plan and support purposeful play, stories and practical activities.
• Encourage communication, social skills and growing independence.
