Job summary

Aspire People are seeking a Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistant to support young learners in a primary setting in North Manchester. This role offers a full-time, long-term opportunity with dedicated consultant support.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification, EYFS or nursery experience, and Paediatric First Aid. You will help develop early literacy and numeracy, and work collaboratively with teachers to ensure safeguarding and positive learning environments.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related teaching support discipline.
• Previous practical experience within an EYFS or nursery setting is required.
• Paediatric First Aid certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development within an EYFS setting.
• Deliver engaging play-based activities to aid development.
