Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 EYFS Teaching Assistants to support Nursery & Reception across Manchester and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for an experienced EYFS practitioner who enjoys working with younger children and helping with communication, development and early learning.

The role includes supporting play-based learning, phonics, and daily routines while working closely with the EYFS team to create a safe, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant or relevant Early Years qualification
• Previous experience working within an EYFS or primary school setting
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Responsibilities

• Supporting children across Nursery and Reception
• Assisting with play-based learning and structured activities
• Supporting early phonics, communication and numeracy development
• Helping children develop their confidence, independence and social skills

Aspire People are recruiting qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistants with a passion for Early Years to support primary schools across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for an experienced EYFS practitioner who enjoys working with younger children and wants to support their communication, development and early learning.

The Role:
