Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting for a Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner in Sunbury-on-Thames (TW16) for a September 2026 start. This full-time, long-term role offers the opportunity to join a supportive Early Years team and deliver high-quality play-based learning.

You will work with an experienced EYFS team to support children’s development and thrive in the early years setting, following the EYFS framework with safeguarding at the core.

A warm, welcoming, and well‑established primary school in Sunbury-on-Thames (TW16) is looking to appoint a Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis.

You'll work alongside an experienced EYFS team to provide outstanding early years provision and help children thrive during the most important stage of their development.

The Role

Position: Level 3 EYFS Nursery Practitioner
Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term
Start Date: September 2026

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)

Has experience working within a nursery, preschool, or primary school EYFS setting

Has a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework

Is warm, nurturing, patient, and passionate about supporting young children

Can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Enjoys creating engaging, stimulating learning experiences through play

Works well as part of a collaborative and supportive team

Has excellent safeguarding awareness and a child‑centred approach

The Successful Candidate Will:

• Support children's learning and development through high‑quality play‑based activities
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive Early Years environment
• Support children with their social, emotional, language, and physical development
• Work alongside teachers and the wider EYFS team to deliver engaging learning experiences
• Observe children's progress and contribute towards assessments where appropriate
