Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a nursery where you'll feel valued, supported, and part of a close-knit team?
We're working with a welcoming nursery in Rayleigh that is looking for a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join their permanent team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves supporting children in their early years and wants to work in a setting where staff wellbeing and development are just as important as the children's.
This is a warm, caring nursery with a strong focus on creating a nurturing environment for both children and staff. The team works closely together, supporting one another to ensure every child receives the best possible start in life.
The nursery follows a child‑centred approach, encouraging learning through play, curiosity, and meaningful experiences while offering plenty of support and guidance to its practitioners.
You will be:

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
