Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming primary school in Uxbridge. You will support within a busy EYFS setting, helping to create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
The role emphasizes initiative, play-based learning, and collaboration with the class teacher and EYFS team. The position starts immediately with a trial period, working 8:30am to 4:00pm at a daily rate of £100, with potential for long-term or permanent opportunities.

You'll be supporting within a busy EYFS setting, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be expected to take initiative, support learning through play, and work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team to provide outstanding early years education.
Location: Uxbridge (UB8)
Start Date: Immediate (following a successful trial)
Hours: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Pay: £100 per day
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential - must be recognised to count in EYFS ratios)
Previous experience working within a nursery or primary school EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Confidence supporting learning through play and child-led activities
A nurturing, proactive and reliable approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Friendly and supportive EYFS team
Well-organised setting with clear routines

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
