Job summary

Mad 4 Recruitment Limited seeks a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to work across nursery and reception in a Cheshire school. The role is a full-time, five-day-per-week position starting ASAP with a temporary placement extending to Christmas, with potential for longer-term continuation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and have recent experience with early years curriculums, including familiarity with SEN needs such as autism, and DBS eligibility or update

Qualifications

• Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 3 or above).
• Eligible to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
• Recent experience of working with children (within the last 2 years).
• Excellent knowledge of the full early years curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs, especially Autism.
• Two references from work with children.
• Hold a current DBS registered with the Update Service or be willing to apply for a new one.

Job description

Mad 4 Recruitment is looking to appoint a qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to work at a school in Cheshire. The role would be a mixed role between nursery and reception classes. This role is for 5 days per week, starting ASAP and continuing till Christmas initially, with the potential to be continued until the end of the academic year.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience, working with Early Year.

A Level 3 Early Years qualification is essential.

In order to be considered for this role we require you meet the following criteria;

• Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 3 or above)
• Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
• Have previous experience of working with children in the last 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of the full curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs, especially Autism.
• Two references working with children
• Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
