Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years practitioner for a full-time, year-round role in a well-resourced nursery in Chipping Barnet. The setting offers spacious indoor and outdoor spaces and a supportive team.

You will deliver planned activities in line with EYFS, monitor children's progress, maintain a safe environment, and collaborate with parents and colleagues. A recent nursery/ EY setting background and commitment to all-year employment are essential.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Ability to work full-time, all year round.
• Confident in delivering planned activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned activities in line with EYFS.
• Support children's development through structured play and learning.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.
• Work with colleagues to ensure consistent daily routines.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers.
• Safer recruitment checks will apply, including references and an enhanced DBS check.
