Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to work in nursery settings across Stanwick and surrounding areas. You will help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow and thrive, supporting their development under EYFS guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
• A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to support children's individual needs and development.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and support to children.
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating nursery environment.
• Working effectively as part of a supportive nursery team.
