Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join friendly nursery settings in Southwell. You will provide high-quality care and education, plan engaging activities, and support children’s development in a warm, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• A recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• A genuine passion for working with children.
• Caring, enthusiastic and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
• A good understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children.
• Support children's learning, development and individual needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress.
• Support the delivery of the EYFS.
• Create a stimulating, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents and carers.
