Job summary

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Garretts Green for a passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role in Cradley Heath. You will provide a safe, nurturing environment and support children's learning and development.

Responsibilities include planning activities, observing progress, and working with parents and colleagues within the EYFS framework. A strong commitment to safeguarding and cheerful, professional conduct is essential.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Garretts Green who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a full-time, Monday-Friday basis.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.
