Job summary

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Garretts Green who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

The role is full-time, Monday-Friday, term-time only, with hours 8:30am-3:30pm. This is a long-term opportunity within an established nursery setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
• Previous experience in an early years or nursery setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Paediatric First Aid is desirable.
• Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines.
• Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supporting children's personal care needs.
• Working in line with the EYFS framework.
• Observing, assessing and recording children's progress.
• Encouraging positive relationships and social development.

The Role

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.
