Job summary

Aspire People is helping a lovely nursery in Garretts Green recruit a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, term-time only, from 8:30am to 3:30pm, with a long-term opportunity in an established setting.

You will support children’s learning and development, deliver age-appropriate activities and work within the EYFS framework, ensuring safeguarding standards and collaborative relationships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/EYFS.
• Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

Responsibilities

Aspire People are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely nursery in Garretts Green who are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team.

The Role

Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

• * Full-time, Monday-Friday
• * Term-time only
• * 8:30am-3:30pm
• * Long-term opportunity within an established nursery setting

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop and reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

• * Supporting children's learning, development and daily routines
• * Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
• * Supporting children's personal care needs
• * Working in line with the EYFS framework
• * Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
• * Encouraging positive relationships and social development
• * Maintaining a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment
• * Working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals
• * Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies

Requirements

• * Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
• * Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting
• * Good understanding of the EYFS
• * Strong communication and teamwork skills
• * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• * Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• * Paediatric First Aid is desirable
• * Reliable, professional and enthusiastic approach
