Protocol Education is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly primary school in Maldon. You will support children in the EYFS through play and structured activities, helping them develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

You will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver engaging activities, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. This is a full-time, long-term role with consistent hours and immediate start.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Experience in nursery/preschool/EYFS settings or primary school
• Warm, caring and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and reliable with a passion for young learners
• Able to contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool, EYFS setting, or primary school
• A warm, caring, and patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young learners
